Using a secure portal, each payslip is only accessible by each individual member of staff with their own nominate username and unique password.
During set up the employee is given a unique 12 character login and a 5 digit pin they can then access their payslips and can change their passcode as often as they would like.
Employees log on to the e-payslip website regardless of their employer and will be able to view any payslips uploaded in the last 12 months giving a secure portal to keep their payslips for their own records.
All uploading and download uses https – ensuring all data is encrypted and meaningless to hackers.
The above details the benefits for the employee, but what about the employer?
There is no need to print payslips, no need to buy in expensive security payslips. There’s no more posting payslips to employees, once they have their log in set up they are free to view payslips at anytime. No need for you to incur postal charges, or have to ask for duplicate payslips.
